Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original protective packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your furniture crate or box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
